OT Services that help you get back to what matters
What Occupational Therapy can help with
Life can get tricky when everyday tasks become harder due to injury, disability, or health conditions. Occupational Therapy (OT) focuses on helping you manage these challenges so you can keep doing the things that matter — whether that’s getting dressed, making a cuppa, or staying involved in work, school, or hobbies. At Body Agility, our OT services are here to support you in regaining confidence and comfort in your daily routine.
Support That Fits Your Life
We work with people of all ages — from toddlers to seniors — across Perth and surrounding suburbs. Whether you’re recovering from surgery, living with a long-term condition, or noticing changes that are slowing you down, we’re here to help. Our therapists listen to what you want to achieve and walk alongside you to help make those goals more doable.
How We Can Help
Our occupational therapists can support you with:
- Everyday activities like showering, dressing, and cooking
- Making your home safer and easier to move around
- Building focus, coordination, and independence
- Assessments and reports for the NDIS, schools, or workplaces
- If it’s affecting your daily life, there’s a good chance OT can help.
OT Services Through NDIS and Private Referrals
We provide services for NDIS participants and private clients, and accept referrals from GPs, support coordinators, and insurers. If you’re not sure where to start, we can help you understand the steps, prepare documents, and make the process straightforward. We know this can be overwhelming — but we’re with you the whole way.
A Practical, Down-to-Earth Approach
Our clients often tell us they appreciate how easy we are to talk to. We don’t come in with a script — we come in with questions, care, and a genuine interest in how you live. Everything we do is about helping you feel more confident, safe, and independent, without adding extra stress to your plate.
